Since low back pain is the most common problem that affects Americans (especially in the workforce), this seminar will go over the three most common causes, the biggest mistake that we make when it comes to assessing any type of ache or pain (not exclusive to back pain), what we should be doing when making healthcare decisions, and then taking proactive steps to address the issues we are dealing with (by dealing with the cause and not just the symptoms).
