Diversity - It's not that Black and White

When people talk about diversity, many my not truly understand what it completely entails. 

Diversity to many may be mostly about race but there is so much more to it that it's not always so clear.

We want to have a conversation on how we can expand the processes and thinking of people to also include:
• Age • Ethnicity • Gender • Mental/physical abilities and characteristics • Race • Sexual orientation
And also maybe areas that include:: • Communication styles • Education • Family status •  Religion • First language • Income • Work style • Work experience

What can we all do to make this topic and conversation spread beyond this day to help reflect accurately and inclusively the world in which we live and where all groups can have their experiences validated.
