Join the Delaware Small Business Chamber’s 150 Envelope Fundraiser – Support Entrepreneurs and Win Big!

The Delaware Small Business Chamber (DSBC) invites you to participate in our exciting 150 Envelope Fundraiser, an innovative way to support local entrepreneurship while giving you the chance to win incredible prizes valued between $500 and $800 each!
 
This is not just another fundraiser; it’s a catalyst for change. The DSBC Foundation is dedicated to empowering small business owners throughout Delaware by providing grants ranging from $1,000 to $1,700. These funds are crucial for new stores opening in existing vacant storefronts and for young businesses looking to expand. By “purchasing” an envelope, you’re directly contributing to the growth and sustainability of our local economy.
 
Here's how it works: We have 150 envelopes that each represent a donation amount ranging from $1 to $150. When you select an envelope and donate that amount, you not only support small businesses but also enter yourself into our thrilling prize draw! You will earn 10% of your donation amount (rounded up or down to the nearest whole number) in chances to win some fantastic prizes! For example, if you choose an envelope for $106, you'll receive 11 chances to win.
 
If you select an envelope between $100 and $125, you'll add 5 additional chances.  Opt for an envelope valued between $126 and $150, and you'll snag an additional 10 chances!

The DSBC 6-Top Mingle is designed to provide a valuable platform for networking with fellow small businesses. These events offer an intimate setting with a maximum of six participants per table, creating an ideal environment for meaningful conversations and building long-lasting connections.
 
At each 6-Top Mingle, you will have the opportunity to showcase your products and services, while also hearing from other like-minded professionals who are not in direct competition with you. The structure of these events allows each participant to speak for 10-15 minutes, ensuring that everyone has an equal opportunity to discuss their company and engage with the group.
 
The benefits of attending 6-Top Mingles go beyond the event itself. By forging relationships with other business people, you can establish a dynamic sales team that mutually promotes and supports each other's businesses. The connections made at these events can be invaluable for expanding your network and increasing your reach within the business community.
 
Please note the following guidelines for attending the 6-Top Mingle events:

1. Only one person per company is allowed to attend the 6-Tops.
2. Restaurants may not be familiar with the term "6-Top," so kindly inform them that you are waiting for up to five other people.
3. We offer multiple time options for the 6-Top Mingles, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner gatherings. Members may choose to attend one event per month, either in the upstate or downstate area.
4. Each group may select a “time-keeper” so that no one person dominates the conversation and everyone has an equal chance to speak.

 
To ensure the success of these events, we kindly request that all attendees arrive punctually and honor their commitment to attend. If you are running more than 15 minutes late or are unable to participate, please get in touch with the Chamber at 302-482-2120 as soon as possible. A $10 fee applies to any member who is late or a no-show without prior notification, as we strive to maintain the integrity and effectiveness of these networking opportunities.

Restaurants may not be aware of a 6-top, but let them know you are waiting for up to 5 other people.

Participants do not need to become members of the Delaware Small Business Chamber to participate in this program, however, membership will bring them many other benefits too.

Some of our business partners will include SBA, Score, SBDC, local banks and credit unions, incorporators, and other groups and support.
